When the two photoelectric sensors are installed near the sensor, the light of a sensor will cause the instability of another photoelectric switch. Methods to prevent mutual interference are as follows.
The cross installation of the projector and the receiver.
When the reflective photoelectric switch is used in parallel, the distance between each other should be kept more than 1.4 times the detection distance.
When used for the parallel use of the photoelectric switch, the distance between each other should be kept more than 40% of the detection distance.
If the wiring of the power line and the photoelectric sensor is arranged in the same pipe or in the same line slot, the sensor will be affected, and sometimes can cause misoperation. The use of a photoelectric switch in the following places will cause malfunction.
The supply voltage is not within the power supply voltage of the photoelectric sensor.
Dust more places.
Places with more corrosive gases.
The water, oil and chemicals directly spray the place.
Outdoor applications such as the sun and other places with strong light, the use of the ambient temperature is not within the rated range.
The installation is not stable, vibration and shock or loosening or deflection in the installation.
