    Eddy current sensor output is proportional to the vibration displacement. Acceleration sensor structure is compact, is not easy to damage. Eddy current, speed and acceleration sensor in rotating machinery vibration test has been widely used. Usually with eddy current sensor measuring rotor vibration, bearing vibration is measured with a speed or acceleration sensor. In addition, from the relationship between the displacement, velocity and acceleration, to highlight reflect the fault signal of high frequency component or pulse quantity change, can choose acceleration sensor, but in order to reflect the fault signal, the low frequency points and changes in eddy current sensor can choose.
