    The oil level sensor installation steps and calibration method

    Drill the mounting holes
    First, the residual oil in the tank is clean water to wash the best; Centered on the fuel tank selection drilling point on the plane, and will consider conflicts with fuel tank parts; With openings for the selected drilling point drill good protection, start drilling, drilling to avoid iron into tank inside; When the center hole processing is completed, according to the number of the sensor of the gasket, choose a smaller drill bit to machining fixed hole;
    Sensor truncation
    First measuring tank internal height, get the numerical H; Inside the tank height H - 10 mm = L (L is the height of the sensor under the flange end face to the bottom). According to the L value, use a hacksaw will spare part sawing; After sawing, use file clean face fines, keep the end surface level off, clean, and will remain in between the inner and outer pipe cleaning out of aluminum; Will be at the bottom of the terminal to use screws, the truncation steps over;
    calibration
    1, when the sensor is truncated, must be calibration;
    2, the calibration process only immersed in liquid level height, immersion medium related, has nothing to do with the tank volume;
    Analog output calibration method
    Sensor calibration before please confirm that the sensor has been with the handheld calibrator with handheld calibrator (see appendix 1), and open the calibrator power switch; Ready at the same time the required several measuring medium (the depth of the container should be greater than the sensor range range).
    Sensor is fixed, the height of the bottom for customer zero liquid height, let stand for 10 seconds, press the calibration of zero calibration button, when the lights flashing, said the zero calibration is successful, at 0 v or 4 ma (i.e., zero output);
    Similar to step 2, the sensor into the height with the customer of the full range of liquid height, let stand for 10 seconds, implement full scale calibration button, after the lights flashing, said the full scale calibration is successful, the output 5 v or 10 v, 20 ma (i.e., with an output);
    When both zero and full scale calibration after success, can hold sensor level moving up and down, you can see display instrument with liquid level corresponding changes.
    Exception details:
    When the sensor output 2.5 V or 5 V, 12 ma, said sensor calibration exception; Power to restart again after calibration.
    Digital output calibration method
    Sensor calibration before please make sure to have the sensor on the power supply, and the digital output lines connected to the computer through the adapter, and open the test software (see related to use software operation documents);
    Will be connected to the bottom of the normal sensor in the desired zero level, let stand for 10 seconds, operating software to record the zero value;
    With step 2, the sensor into develop to the full, and let stand for 10 seconds, operating software to record the zero value;
    According to the operation of the software step calibration is successful, open the display interface, can see the display of data will change as the height of the sensor in;
    Exception details:
    When software display calibration is not successful, need to restart the power after calibrate again.
    Fixed installation
    When the normal calibration process ended, the sensor can be installed on the fuel tank; At this time by tapping screws to fix the sensor on the fuel tank, the installation process ended;
    Handheld calibrator method of use:
    1, will be holding a joint of calibration and the sensors connected to the output connector, ON the right side of switches, put ON, at this time the POWER lights;
    2, at this point the sensor's zero into, and liquid h flat, stable liquid surface, the EMPTY button, after about two seconds, SET a light shining, shows zero calibration success;
    3, same as above, the sensor with a dip, and the h flat liquid, liquid level stable, FULL button, after about two seconds, SET a light shining, shows a FULL calibration success;
    4, at this point, the calibrator joint removed, change the sensor wire, can be used normally;
    Note: the calibration process must be completed together, in the process of power do not; If calibration output abnormal, please according to the steps to calibration;
